Coated Boxes

It is produced specifically for each order. The design of the boxes is prepared by our customers, and they are produced by selecting the cardboard quality according to the transport strength and ease, visibility on the shelf, and product preservation features. The type of corrugated flute is selected based on the type of material to be carried, weight and strength requirements, and special presentation needs, followed by the selection of cardboard type and density before production begins. These boxes, used in packaging where products are placed in multiples after being packaged with film, foil, or box packaging, are crucial for product protection, establishing and maintaining market share, and ensuring visual appeal on shelves.

Depending on design requirements, applications such as windows, perforations, embossing, and coating can also be applied to these boxes. To achieve the desired strength properties, a single or double layer of corrugated board can be used. The top surface cardboard prepared using offset printing is laminated with the corrugated cardboard group, cut, and processed on specialized machines to meet the desired folding and adhesive properties. It is then packaged and shipped.
