Our Machine Park

We remember an important saying from one of our great masters: “The best craftsman is the one who masters the machine in his hands and uses it to its full potential.”

This saying is truly significant. The experience of our team and the values and solutions they bring to our work have brought the ATEŞLER AMBALAJ family to where it is today.

Delivering uninterrupted and accurate service to our customers is also made possible by the same contributions.

No matter how new our technology is, the fact that every new machine has even more features to learn has also emphasized the importance we place on technical training.

ATEŞLER AMBALAJ, with its 10,000 m² closed area, infrastructure compatible with modern technology, and expert staff, enjoys the privilege of offering more professional, faster, more hygienic, and unique services.

Order Creation

One of our most important business processes is preparing for box printing by taking orders from our customers.

It is necessary to prevent all possible errors. Organizing and controlling the business processes consisting of numerous stages in the production of printed cardboard boxes, as well as paying close attention and exercising great care in taking orders, will be effective in preventing errors.

It is necessary to obtain information from operators who use cardboard boxes in factories.

This way, if the customer has experienced any issues with the boxes during previous use, such as folding or gluing problems, these issues will be addressed by making changes to the technical design.

The design of the incoming request is verified by conducting tests such as grammage measurement, logistics transportation durability testing, BCT strength testing, and other preliminary tests on the incoming sample.

The process continues by determining the order quantities, accurately understanding the box specifications, reviewing the design files, and planning the delivery schedules.

Pricing

Our ability to offer our customers the best price without error depends on our review of a series of processes. The important factors that affect the price of each box are listed below.

Order quantity, number of colors, cardboard selection and grammage, corrugated type and grammage, shape characteristics, cutting shape, locking shape, ear and tongue characteristics, combined adjustment, minimum waste size adjustment, perforation, embossing, and window characteristics, coating and uncoated area characteristics, packaging and shipping information, and payment method are all factors that influence pricing.

All these features are details that significantly impact the visual and functional quality of a box. By working closely with our customers, we can achieve the most efficient pricing possible.

We fully understand that every penny of cost contributes significantly to packaging expenses. However, there is another important point to consider.

The quality of packaging at every level also provides our customers with many positive returns in various ways.

Well-packaged and properly designed packaging provides many benefits, such as visibility on the shelf, creating a sense of visual trust, and increasing shelf life with proper preservation features, thereby increasing sales.

Ideal packaging design will ensure efficient costs.

Knife Mark

Preparing the knife mark is one of the critical points of pre-press operations.

Ensuring that the print matches the knife, setting the correct folding and cutting locations, folding quality, and ensuring that the product is positioned correctly on the cardboard to be cut are all issues that affect quality.

The correct positioning and quality of die-cutting, perforation, and windows are also determined in the die-cutting process.

These are among the most influential factors in the speed and quality of packaging and use of boxes in our customers' factories.

From this perspective, die-cutting design is very important. The boxes to be produced are checked by experienced die-cutting designers and technicians.

Once the knife design is complete, a sample box cut is performed on the plotter cutting machines for the finished box.

After the knife design is tested for folding, interlocking, and all other features, graphic preparation work continues.

Graphic Preparation

ATEŞLER AMBALAJ works with a highly experienced graphic design team that is skilled in both packaging and printing processes.

We would like to express our gratitude to our team, who pour their heart and soul into their work with their experience and dedication.

Products that have been ordered are prepared for the color separation stage after undergoing graphic design and die placement checks.

Design files received from our customers undergo a general check, and once the correct designs have been confirmed, special graphic design preparations are made for our printing machines for works with die designs. Change requests from customers are reviewed and implemented.

The final version of the design ready for printing is shared with our customers in a digital format for their approval, and the approval process begins.

Customer Approval

Cardboard box orders that have gone through many pre-printing preparation stages and are ready for production are always sent to the customer for a final check.

Having the work reviewed by an external party is crucial to prevent any potential errors. Even the slightest mistake in typography, color, layout, or design in boxes produced in quantities ranging from thousands to hundreds of thousands can result in a large number of products becoming unusable.

The digitally prepared files for inspection are sent to the customer, and production planning is not initiated until written confirmation is received.

In new designs or projects being produced by us for the first time, it is particularly important to verify the colors and, in many cases, the actual cut and folded shape of the box compared to its final form.

Production Planning

ATEŞLER AMBALAJ is the most stressful department within the company. Taking into account all the sensitivities of our customers, this department handles order delivery times, design control and preparation processes, price approvals, raw material controls, work order planning, monitoring and control of all work processes, and the preparation and approval of work orders.

Our production planning staff, who also coordinate all departments within our company, work tirelessly to provide excellent service to our customers. This task, which requires significant effort and attention, is at the heart of our business, which we continuously strive to improve. The time required for each box to be produced is hidden in the details of the box itself. In our factory, when calculating the total time required for production processes based on the characteristics of the box, risks during the production phase are taken into account, and efforts are made to provide as accurate a timeline as possible when determining delivery times.
